National Park and Recreation Month fun continues with free or discounted activities!
We've been having a blast at Lakewood's 102 parks and four recreation centers during this monthlong celebration. Join the fun and drop in for these upcoming programs:
- Free Meditation in the Park series, 7:30-8 p.m. on July 11, 18 and 25 at Carmody Park
- Mat Pilates/Aqua Zumba series, 8:30-10 a.m. on July 15, 22 and 29 at Glennon Heights Outdoor Pool ($6 drop-in fee or Aqua Fitness pass)
- Free Pickleball Social, 4-6 p.m. on July 17 at Whitlock Rec Center
- Free Zumba/Les Mills CXWORX series, 6-7 p.m. on July 18 and 26 at Addenbrooke Park
- Free Pilates Reformer Stretch demo class, 7:15-8 a.m. on July 20 at Carmody Rec Center

Free General Admission at two Recreation Centers
Drop in to The Link on July 13 or Green Mountain on July 26 to try the machine or free weights, cardio equipment and other amenities for free!

Free Movie in the Park, July 15
The LEGO™ Ninjago Movie
Bring the whole family, your picnic and movie treats, a blanket or lawn chairs and head over to the Lakewood Heritage Center, 801 S. Yarrow St.
Grab your spot on the amphitheater lawn as early as 6:30 p.m. and settle in for the movie starting at dusk.

Family Nights at the Pool
Summer is officially here, and so are family nights at the pool! Join us for games and the inflatable obstacle course from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on the dates listed below:
- Morse Park Pool: July 13 & August 1
- Glennon Heights Pool: July 18 & August 10
