B"H
Shalom to all our dear friends.
- Netspark for Windows Version 1.1.0.
Bug fixes
- Licence expired -Confirmation
We have changed the behavior of NetSpark Mobile for all devices with "uninstall protection" enabled and when the license expires.
In addition to a notification to renew their license (which is in addition to the warning notification 7 days beforehand), we changed 2 behaviors:
- All internet traffic will be blocked, but the device itself will be fully functional. This is true for all devices, except for devices running Android 4 in which the behavior will be as before.
- Uninstalling NetSpark Mobile will require the Uninstall code form the portal.
The reason there were devices that saw otherwise was that the Netspark app was not updated. We have now sent a command to force devices to update the app.
- Important request from Netspark phone support
Netspark phone support team have conducted a quality control survey of the last few months. In the report they provided this week, they came across a disturbing fact. It seems that a large percentage (unmentionable in public) of issues reported by customers were due to not fully following the correct instructions of installation. Sadly we discovered that this also includes many cases of a TAG technician not fully following the correct instructions, especially for Huawei devices.
Please, dear TAG members! Please make sure you are updated in of the instructions and steps.
All instructions are available in the TAG Wiki and in the Netspark support pages (with screen-shots). Another good idea is to watch our online training sessions here.
We have now set a way to create a white-list of specific YouTube channels and/or videos. This new option would enable a user to search YouTube and receive only approved videos. To set this up for a user, follow the few steps in this instruction file See here
Thank you and Gut Shabbos
