If you use the Chrome web browser (like 60% of all web users) you may have noticed something about the latest update, version 68, which was released this week.
As part of Google's ongoing campaign to encourage secure web browsing (HTTPS) the Chrome browser now labels all web pages as 'not secure', unless they have a digital security certificate.

Plesk Onyx Simplifies Server Admin
Plesk Onyx is the latest version of the web-based control panel which makes it easy to manage both physical and virtual servers running Linux or Windows. Leon O'Gorman is one of the team which recently completed certification in Plesk Onyx at our Carlow HQ, and he's written a blog post about the WordPress Toolkit for Plesk Onyx.

Data Protection, Privacy & Transparency
Blacknight continues to enhance and develop its data protection. In our last bulletin we announced that we're working towards publishing a transparency report. Last week we played host to representatives of Article 19 who are working with us on that, and we've published our guidelines for law enforcement, outlining the circumstances and procedures by which data can be disclosed to the proper authorities.
We've also transitioned from a US-based data escrow provider to one in the EU, for the purposes of our ICANN registration data escrow obligations.
