Death & Dying Workshop with Ven. Mary -  Saturday 7 July

How we deal with death is an expression of our wisdom, courage and compassion. Preparing ourselves with the necessary knowledge will be of great help in our journey. Tibetan Buddhist nun Ven. Mary Reavey will help us to explore the Buddhist approach to death, highlighting the benefits of wisdom and the methods which can help us to embrace and own our own death. You don’t need to be a Buddhist to attend this workshop, just an interest in the Tibetan Buddhist approach to death and dying. Everyone is welcome. You will come away with practical information and tools that we can put into use straight away. During the workshop, there will be a combination of teaching, discussion, meditation and an opportunity to ask lots of questions.

To find out more about this workshop and Ven. Mary, visit the JBCL website hereTo book email smile@jamyangleeds.co.uk. Suggested donation £25.
