Hercule v Roger—6th July, 2018: Worrying Weight Loss

I have lost half my body weight since the middle of May. 'Tis true, I had accumulated a little bit, especially since Christmastide. But I saw my growing ampleness as the sign of an invigorated constitution. The larger I got, the ruder my health.

There were drawbacks. I found myself cramped—a problem I solved by taking the space occupied by others, encouraging them out to the fringes. Lebensraum. One must admire this joyous concept, don't you agree?

But these awful chemical attacks have diminished my flourishing physique. I am but half the size I once was.

Rest assured, friends, I shall not give up. My fortitude and your adoration shall see me through this ghastly ordeal.

(Heart is such a monotonous blabberer. I yearn for his silence.)

His Vulgar Rabble

My enemy has assembled a group of ruffians to support his feeble cause. A group of miscreants he calls his "Avengers"—a reference to a fictional group of lurid vigilantes, mostly Americans. My friends, you read that correctly. Americans! (Though I must confess to hearty admiration of their current President.)

Stand at my shoulder and we shall give them scolding that shall sting their ears for weeks.
