Below please find an overview of the adapted deadlines for the months of July and August, and an update on the new products in our product range.

Attention please: to further enhance our customer service, our availability by phone — which used to range from 9 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm — has changed on June 18.

From now on the customer service can be reached on +32 (0)9 218 88 55 every business day from 9 am to 3 pm continuously. After 3 pm the line is redirected to the National Secretariat. Our collegues will register your questions and transmit them to the customer service for treatment later on.

Because of the annual collective leave of Oxfam Fair Trade there will be no deliveries in Week 29 from July 16 till July 20. For deliveries in Week 30 from July 23 till July 27 the following adapted deadlines will be applied:
