On Monday, Trump announced the nomination of an extremist candidate for Supreme Court Justice, Brett Kavanaugh.
Trump has said that if he is able to confirm a Justice, the right to abortion would end; Roe v. Wade would be overturned “automatically...because I will put pro-life justices on the court.” Kavanaugh is on the "short list" of nominees who would try to do just that- and has already used his position to try to deny an abortion to an undocumented teenager who was detained by the Trump administration. Kavanaugh is also an opponent of the Affordable Care Act and has written legal opinions backing the Trump administration method of destroying the law by simply choosing not to enforce it. Kavanaugh's appointment could very well mean the end of "Obamacare" and of any protections for pre-existing conditions.

Trump picked the judge that has explicitly said that a president can't be subject to criminal investigation or prosecution; we can't let him tear down the checks and balances.
I want {PERSON} to use every tool at her disposal to stop Kavanaugh from getting on the Supreme Court.

Bonus State Level Action on Net Neutrality: Support SB-822!
SB-822 restores Net Neutrality protections in California. Not only that, we're a large enough state that having protections here could help deter ISPs across the country from taking advantage of the weakened state of Federal Net Neutrality protections.
