On the 17th July CPR Insurance Services played host to more than 100 people to celebrate our recent set of award wins.
Insurers and clients celebrated CPR’s recent success in winning Insurance Brokerage of the year (1 to 5 staff) from Insurance Business Magazine, along with Robert Cooper being named in the Top 20 Elite Brokers in Australia and one of the 100 faces of small business in Queensland.
Representatives from all levels of Government, Professor Allan Manning and some of his staff, members of the Brisbane North Chamber of Commerce, Kedron Brook Business Group and the Valley Chamber of Commerce also participated in the celebrations.
Federal Member of Brisbane, Trevor Evans spoke about how as a small business, Robert and Mandy Cooper gave back to the community in many ways while Professor Manning spoke about how CPR Insurance Services demonstrate why they are the ideal Professional Insurance Brokers, setting a high standard for the industry, particularly when they need to fight on their clients behalf, for the appropriate settlement of their claims.
Robert Cooper told attendees that it was the hard work of his staff, especially his fellow Director Mandy Cooper along with Julia McLauchlan and Aidan Harmer that has given the firm its success. This, as well as their values of providing the best possible customer service, honesty and integrity and always acting in the client’s best interests.
Since receiving these accolades, CPR Insurance Services has never been busier keeping up with new clients seeking their broking services, but remain determined to deliver the best possible service to all their clients. Robert said “We will continue to seek to be better in everything we do, continue to build up expertise, work hard to look after our valuable clients and where possible give back to our local community”.
