As we enter into the Autumn season we invite you to look back and reflect on your year so far and what you have achieved.
Hannah from The Nourished Body will be running a workshop on how best to prepare for the change in season with your diet, so you can enter it with ease and energy. Hannah is a natural health coach who can answer all of your health questions.
We are thrilled that Danielle Early will be joining us to host a second workshop and her passion is to make your dreams a reality. She will help you discover what it is that brings true happiness and help you uncover the practical steps you need to move you towards your goal. Danielle is your champion and wants you to thrive.
You will enjoy a three course sharing menu with a small group of like minded women who are coming together to support each other. All food is organic, vegan/vegetarian and free from chemicals, additives and refined sugar as well as being healthy and delicious.
