Building Bridges of Hope and Solidarity
GEN's vision to build bridges keeps us very busy, and this month we feel blessed to celebrate this inter-connectivity in full abundance.  The largest Ecovillage Conference of the year organised by our GEN Europe region brought hundreds of people together last week in Estonia (see photos!), while our Advocacy team simultaneously shared ecovillage innovations to climate change at a major UN event in New York.  Our Education Team drew on the enthusiasm from the conference to host successful Training of Trainers this week, and at Findhorn we are excited to announce a new FAQ page and a staff opening with GEN (see below)! All of this, coupled with new resources shared by our international partners, assures us that the regenerative world is on her way and we are welcoming her with each new connection!
Come work with us!
We are recruiting an Operations Director to jointly coordinate GEN’s Findhorn office hub and provide operational leadership at the heart of GEN.

Support our friends at Bafut Ecovillage, Cameroon
In the last months, a conflict underreported by the international media has grown in the country of Cameroon, a key hub of our GEN Africa region. Aid agencies are having a difficult time accessing the high conflict region of northern Cameroon. This campaign delivers funds directly to some of the people most in need, using our network.

Our friends in Bafut Ecovillage have been directly and drastically affected by this situation, including having their lives threatened. The organizing team has had a very challenging time simply surviving. They need support from our international community to help them keep doing their crucial work in building resilience and self-sufficiency in the region.

Please contribute to the campaign today, already a third of the way to its £3,200 goal, for food and water infrastructure plus disaster relief training organized by the ecovillage for the local community.
