Dear Adoptive Family,
It is that time of year again and we would like to take this opportunity to announce the launch of our 2019 Living Hope Calendar Project!
As we have done in the past, the proceeds from calendar sales will go directly to the Living Hope Children's Homes. This financial aid will help provide for the physical and educational needs of our training centers and children's homes. More information on these children can be found at www.livinghopeintl.org or www.livinghopeglobalministries.org.
All families who are interested in participating in the Living Hope Calendar project must submit photos no later than August 15, 2018. We would like to provide you with the following guidelines for photo submission:
1. Digital photos only. Please send to Betty Jane at bdoebley@livinghopeadoption.org.
2. Subjects are to be of children.
3. Professional photos will be accepted only when accompanied by a photographer’s release form and in digital format.
4. Preference will be given to photographic arrangement, artistic value, and print quality. We will notify you if your photo is not acceptable. Otherwise, you can trust that at least one of your photos has made it into the 2019 calendar.
5. With each submission of a photo, you must include the following details: The name, date of birth, province, and current city and state of residence, for each person in the photo.
6. Please note: only professional photos need a Photographer’s Copyright/Release. Form. If you photographer does not have one, please contact our office for a form.
7. Please send more than one photo if you can, if possible please name them by child’s last name, first name and a number if more than one (Smith, Jane 01, Smith, Jane 02, etc.)!
