Announcing our newest program - ACCELERATOR Boot Camp!


Start Date: September 14
End Date: October 19
Time: Every Friday, 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.

It’s a common misconception that a new agent only needs licensing education in order to be successful.

The truth is, there are strict limitations on what can and cannot be taught in a licensing course. What nearly all licensing courses lack is exactly what Real Estate Accelerator provides. This intensive six week program and 4-week continued coaching program is designed to teach you the specific activities an agent needs to perform on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in order to operate a successful real estate business. This program will arm you with business building skills and critical operating activities utilized by the most successful real estate agents in the business.

Tips for working with your buyer clients!


Always make safety your #1 priority! While you’re out showing property to your buyers, remember these important tips to keep you safe!

Ready to write an offer? Use the Comp Analysis tool in RPR to run a CMA and help your clients make an informed offer. Here’s a video on how to do it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=65&v=xFNhRk-KloI

Now that you have the offer ready, use eSign to save on printing costs and time! Your buyers will love the ease of signing on the computer.

Have a buyer that insists on using a fax machine? Don’t run to the local copy center! Use Impact Fax to “fax” a document straight from your e-mail! No software required.

Applications are now being accepted for the 2019 Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® (SAAR) Board of Directors. There are three (3) openings for REALTOR® Directors. Applications are due July 30, 2018 by 5 p.m. PST (Pacific standard time).
