It's Lisianthus season!
What a fabulous season despite the continuing yo-yo weather this year. As I type, we are being blessed with a much needed soaking rain and are very happy with the cooler temps. Perfect weather for fall planting!
The fields are bursting with color. Every time one flower ends, something new and equally exciting takes it's place. July is a great month for variety!
Two of my favorite flowers are coming into bloom. The lisianthus are gorgeous and have exploded this past week. The dahlias are right behind.
Our Flower Market will now be open every Wednesday from 10:00 AM -2:00 PM (or by appointment to our early birds). We will be offering a variety of bunched flowers for sale. The farm is not open during this time, but we will be giving farm tours this Wednesday, July 25th, at 11:00 and 1:00 to those interested. Come on back and say Hi!
To our wedding couples- Please don't forget to schedule your wedding date as early as possible. We've still got some openings through the season, but are filling up fast. Wedding and Event Information can be found here. Thanks!
Printable Price List ~ Prices change throughout the season, but not dramatically. This list will help you to plan your floral budget.
What Blooms When ~ This is a printable PDF of tentative bloom times for most of the flowers we grow. Please be aware that many things determine bloom times and you should always contact us in advance, as this is by no means a guarantee of what will be in bloom.
Florist and Floral Designers ~ For those who don't wish to D.Y.I., this is a list of extremely talented florists and floral designers who work with our flowers. You are also free to use your own florist or floral designer.
Until next newsletter, take care and God bless ~ Michigan Flower Farm

Rachel from Graye's Greenhouse blessed us with a fabulous display of plants and succulents at our Grand Opening. She's shown here with Hailey, our certified donkey wrangler, and of course, the notorious Amos Moses.

One of our new "helpers". This hen is ridiculously friendly, very comical, and an extreme troublemaker.
