Boat Donation Program In addition to cash and stock gifts, we also take in a limited selection of donated boats and vehicles each year. Many are sold with proceeds benefiting local Scouting programs. Auction Items Needed.
The San Diego-Imperial Council organizes several yearly fundraising events including the Golf Invitational, Gala & Auction and Sporting Clays Invitational. Each event is unique, offering members of the community the opportunity to support Scouting while participating in activities they enjoy.
These events also have silent and live auction components with items solicited from businesses across San Diego and Imperial Counties. We are currently seeking items for all three events (Click here for a wish list of items). Labor Day Family Camp - August 31-Sept 2nd. Camp Mataguay. Family Day Camp at Mataguay Scout Ranch, located in the hills near Warner Spring, CA offers numerous fun and exciting activities for people of all ages. Archery and BB gun are great for everybody. World Jamboree registration is open! - Summer of 2019
The 24th World Scout Jamboree will take place at the Summit Bechtel Scout Reserve in West Virginia from July 21, 2019 to August 2, 2019. Participation is open to eligible youth (age 14-17), unit leaders (18 and older) and International Service Team (IST, aka Jamboree Staff, 18 and older) For more information click here.
