Announcing: DTI App for digital devices!

Have you wished the DTI manual “A Tool for Personal Discipleship” could be read with your phone or tablet?
Well, now that is a reality! AND it includes video and audio snippets of additional explanations and thoughts.

The DTI App is not available in any app store. You can access by clicking on this link https://dti-tool.disciplers.org/ and then add a shortcut to your device's Home Screen.

If you need instructions to do that, click on the menu icon in the upper left corner, and choose “App Tips” from the menu.

We invite you to “poke around” – use it when mentoring someone, and let us know what you think!

DTI Conference in the Philippines

Tom and Toni O’Donoghue were in Bacolod, Negros, and in Zamboanga City, Mindanao in February, impacting many Pastors' hearts.(Tom was discipled by Art Barkley)

Tom wrote:  "On our last day, pastor Tolimao and many others said that they will start meeting together with the pastors and go through the DTI manual.  Pastor Tolimao said so many wonderful things about the conference, but the most remarkable comment was that it was an answer to his prayer.

"I believe the Pastors are mindful now that as new converts become a part of their fellowship that they will take the time to spiritually mentor each one to maturity."

Regarding our visits to three jails, Pastor German Tolimao wrote "Much more thanks to God for many prisoners who accepted Christ as their Savior and Lord during our visits.  This week I already have one appointment for spiritual parenting."
DTI Prison Ministry update

Willie Adams, who was mentored by Art Barkley and leads the DTI prison ministry in Reno, sent this encouraging update:

"Art and I met with three brothers who are engaged in a Reno-area half-way house ministry to parolees and current transitional housing inmates who will soon be released.  They introduced us to Bill, a parolee who has 37 yrs in prisons, who told us success stories and their desire to serve the Lord.

"Our goal is to reach the men before they get out so they know there is help and have a better chance of knowing the Lord and then becoming spiritual mentors to others.  May this allow some good to come out of their time of incarceration."
What's next for Cuba? -- Tentative for Spring 2019

Our Cuba team is exploring where and when we can hold our 13th DTI Conference. Logistics for transportation and housing continue to be a challenge to find a suitable location. Please pray.
