Our latest exhibition has just opened at the National Museum of Scotland and is hitting the right note with visitors! Rip It Up explores over half a century of Scottish pop music, from influential indie pioneers to global superstars.
With original stage outfits, instruments, film and music, the exhibition has been enormous fun to work on and provides a rich sensory insight into Scotland’s musical culture. The exhibition is being supported by a three-part BBC television series, which starts tonight. Find out more here.
If you get to see the exhibition, we’d love to know what you think of it. In the meantime we’re keeping polishing the disco balls and playing the mixtapes. Any excuse for a boogie!
