Join us this week for a string of summer SEED events around Blue Hill

Sowing SEEDS in Haiti

Thursday, July 19th at 7:00 PM at the Blue Hill Public Library

Lee Lee of the SEED Barn in South Blue Hill will speak about SEED work in Haiti, building and supporting seed preservation and exchange, urban gardens, and creative works around seeds by Haitian artists. The work includes preserving seeds from traditional Haitian crops to help ensure food security, and establishing a “seed library.” The project also includes support of related artwork by Haitian artists, some of which will be on display during the talk.
