Earlier today, SmartVox's upstream provider reported a partial outage affecting "some" customers' incoming numbers. While they have yet to say that it is fully restored, we can say that the portion that was affecting our customers has been restored. Unless the situation changes further, we will not report on it again. Minor updates and status information will be posted to our @SmartVox Twitter account in the meantime.
Service was restored by approximately 9:15am EDT, but we wanted to make sure it wasn't a temporary restoration before sending out this notification. The total outage lasted less than 90 minutes.
