Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Patterns and Practices for Positive Leadership

a2ru asked faculty and academic staff about the challenges they face in interdisciplinary collaboration, both because of disciplinary assumptions and because of university structures that pose obstacles. We also asked how they overcome those challenges, and what advice they have for collaborators.

Read more about these insights and advice to foster leadership, bridge differences, create positive environments, and build solid structures for arts integration and interdisciplinary collaboration in this new a2ru whitepaper.
