8th Annual Day of the Immigrant!

Day of the Immigrant is the suburban festival of the year! This year the fun will start at 1:00pm on Saturday September 22, 2018 at the Bolingbrook Performing Arts Center. Close to 15,000 people participate in this annual bilingual resource fair & fundraiser in support of SSIP's mission of community organizing for the rights of immigrants in Chicago's southwest suburbs. The 8th Annual Day of the Immigrant: Building the World We Need is an exposition of culture, community and knowledge. SSIP invites you to support our mission & to join us again or for the first time to celebrate the diversity, beauty, and resilience of the suburban immigrant community.
