August Already?!

It's hard to believe that August is already here and it's almost time for Back to School! Through Wednesday, August 8th, we'll be helping Friends of SERVE collect school supplies for kids in need for the upcoming school year. Not sure what to bring? Click here for a copy of the flier detailing which supplies will be helpful. If you're pressed for time, there is an online donation option as well.

Yoga for Kids Mini Session

Join Sheryl beginning this Sunday for this fun and peaceful class. Yoga and meditation can be helpful tools as our littlest Yogis prepare to return to their regular schedules. Class will meet 4-5pm for every Sunday in August. Check out this article from mindbodygreen.com and learn 7 Ways Kids Benefit from Yoga. You can register for the mini-session here.

Yoga for Scoliosis Workshop &
Community Yoga

Plan ahead for our special events at the beginning of the Fall Session. Angelika Stadel will be offering a Yoga for Scoliosis workshop on September 29th, 2-5pm which will be open to students as well as instructors.

September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. We'll be offering a KARMA Community Yoga Class to benefit research to combat this difficult to diagnose disease. Class will be held September 23rd, 1:30-3:00 and will be open to all levels of experience.

I can't believe how quickly the summer has gone by--we're already putting the finishing touches on our Fall Schedule. Thank you for continuing to make us a part of your Yoga Community. We appreciate the opportunity to grow and learn with you.
