The third quarter (April - July) water and sewer bills have been mailed and are due no later than Monday, August 20th. There is a secure drop box located just outside the main entrance of Marcham Hall, if you want to drop your payment off after hours. If you have not received your water bill or have any questions, please feel free to contact our office at 607-257-1238. For direct water usage questions, contact Bolton Point at 607-277-0660.
Online Payments

All major credit/debit cards and e-checks are accepted and can be processed reliably and securely. There is a service fee which will be displayed before you accept payment. Payments will show up on your bank account within 72 hours. In addition, you can also pay for trash tags with a credit card at the clerk's office.

Wednesday, August 8 is the last Movie Night at the Fire Station for the summer. Admission is FREE and no donations are expected as this is a way for the fire department to open itself to the community. Come early and see the fire trucks and meet the firefighters. The "gates" open at 6:00. There will be a food truck and picnic tables set up for anyone who wants to eat. The food truck this summer will be Dos Amigos, a local food truck vendor with amazing tacos and quesadillas. Everyone is welcome! Bring lawn chairs and blankets to sit on. The movie will be family oriented. There will be free popcorn and lots of fun things for kids!

Farms across the county open their gates to the public for farm tours, demonstrations, food tastings, and animal interaction for an afternoon of farm fun that is sure to have something for everyone. Spend a day or the entire weekend!

Plan your route and be prepared! The Parkway is being repaired this summer. This road is closed to all traffic from Northway Rd to E Upland until August 17th. Updates will be made available via Nixle Police Alerts.
Construction work hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.

The plans for the new Medical Office Building in Community Corners were approved by the Village's Planning Board and construction is ongoing. Please be aware that this may affect traffic along North Triphammer Road.
Here is the tentative schedule for construction:
- Exterior Finishes 8/10/18
- Interior Finishes 9/25/18
- Site Work, and landscaping 9/24/18
