Maine Maine Farmers' Market
Snapshot Week!
Next week, farmers' markets across Maine will be celebrating Maine Farmers' Market Snapshot Week (our local way of celebrating National Farmers' Market Week). Markets that signed up should have received their packets by now, containing temporary tattoos, stickers, surveys, interactive posters, coloring sheets, seed packets from Fedco, and more. (Common Ground Country Fair tickets from MOFGA just arrived; we'll be sending one pair to each market to use as for prizes.)
If your market didn't sign up, it's not too late to participate! Find downloadable versions of many of the Snapshot Week tools online here. We have lots of the "I Love Farmers' Markets" temporary tattoos at the office, available for pick up. You can also participate simply by tagging photos of your market, and encouraging your shoppers to do so, too!
