Driver Runs Red Light - $185,000 Settlement

We represented a teenager who was driving his car when he was struck by a driver that had speed through a red-light at an intersection. Our client suffered a fracture of his right femur, requiring surgery and placement of hardware to correct, resulting in five days of hospitalization. We were able to obtain a $185,000 settlement. The settlement compensated our client for damages including outstanding medical bills and future medical expenses.

Are Trampoline Parks A Danger to Children?

Trampoline park usage is surging along with injuries and ER visits. These parks are largely unregulated and use complicated waivers. A South Florida NBC6 investigation of trampoline parks discovered that there were close to 300 calls for injuries and falls in the past two years. As a parent, your focus is on protecting your child and keeping them safe. Unfortunately, there are situations that are out of your hands and your child may be the victim of intentional wrongdoing or neglect.

Proving Slip and Fall Negligence

Slip and fall accidents seem inconsequential, but many victims suffer the consequences for years to come. To make matters worse, these accidents are often the product of negligent property owners. These property owners are held to certain standards and if you were injured because they failed to abide by the law, there is hope for justice.
