I had a good one. Competed on the US Open Judo Championships in Florida. I made it to the finals and fell to a very tough opponent from Mexico.
The Judo Gods are fickle and you never know how the day will end.
That's why we must continue to improve our technique.
OK. Next up is NAGA Myrtle Beach BJJ tournament. It will be a great way to test your skills at all levels. Even our white belts.
I'm a little beat up from the tournament so Sensei Chris will be teaching Judo tonight.
This week is Gi week.
