Goodbye
from Natasha


This month YEE is saying goodbye to Natasha who first joined our team as a volunteer and then stayed to work on many YEE projects and publications. Take a look at her article where she reflects on her experience.
 



Publication “Uniting youth for ecotourism”


YEE is happy to share our new publication which was created to learn more about what ecotourism is and how young people can get involved with their local communities through organising ecotourism events and activities.

Annual Meeting

2018


YEE Member Organisations’ delegates, Board and Secretariat, gathered for 3 days in the eco-center Slunakov, Czech Republic for the Annual Meeting. This year’s meeting was full of emotions and creative ideas, as well as some big expectations for the future.

  
 

TC “Youth for environmental future”


Young people from Europe learned about environmental decision-making and how it is conducted on different levels: from local to international, discovered more about concrete international frameworks and explored different ways of bringing them back to local reality.

"I Am On Energy Saving Mode" by EDEN Center


The network of environmental NGOs “An eye to the environment” launched the informative and awareness raising campaign with the message “I Am On Energy saving Mode”. The campaign targeted students from elementary to universities and further the youths of political parties. 

 
 

Action Re-loaded - e-booklet from Argonauta


The Action Re-loaded e-booklet contains a description of 21 games for children about recycling, reusing, and separating discarded items. It aims to help people who work with children (6 to 12 years old) to increase their awareness about separating waste and environmental protection from their earliest age.

Young people from ECO-UNESCO win EU Funded Design Awards


The young designers from ECO-UNESCO worked on creating a public bench made from used tyres that were destined for the scrap heap. As a result they won the Irish EcoStep Design Competition and the Overall International Competition too.
