At long last, I am pleased to announce the release of The Sojourners! It will be available on Kindle on Wednesday, August 8th.
The Sojourners is a new, revised edition of the original second book in the series, The Sojourn Stitch. I was never entirely happy with the story, so I reworked it, adding an entire second half that expands the story and adds a new point of view in the form of Niall's tale. If you've read The Secret Stitch, then you might remember Ailee's brother-in-law who caused her so much trouble. Niall's story in The Sojourners is taken from scenes in The Secret Stitch told from his point of view, along with new scenes that further his story when Ailee was not present.
The Sojourners will be available for the special price of $2.99 on ebook and $12.00 in print until August 15th, then both will go to their full price.
I'm also excited to announce that book three, The Lost Soldier, will be available in October. I'm still working on the last edits for the story, but the cover is finished and I'm completely in love with it.
My cover designer, Cheri Lasota of Author's Assembler, did an amazing job on both covers. It is always impressive to watch the cover come together, from finding the right cover image to working the crochet project in the background, to choosing the colors.
Book one of the Donaghue Histories, The Secret Stitch, is available in e-book and print through Amazon. In fall, all my books will also be available on Nook and Kobo and a few other retailers.
