From December 1st 2018 through January 12th 2019, each time you weigh in and lose weight from your previous visit, you’ll receive a raffle ticket and be entered to win a grand prize. The more times you weigh and lose, the more chances you’ll have to win big!
Here’s the fine print:
- Participants will be eligible to enter raffle if previous visit to current visit weight shows a loss. Limit one raffle ticket per person, per week. Raffle will begin December 1st, 2018 and end January 12th, 2019.
- The winning raffle ticket will be drawn on Monday January 14th, 2019. The winner will have until February 2, 2019 to pick up their prize.
- Second place will win a $20 gift certificate to Access Medical.
- Third place will win a $10 gift certificate to Access Medical.
