Trivia & Information Night
Back by popular demand this Friday is our Trivia Night hosted by our recently re-elected Rear Commodore Leon. The certainty is that there will be weird, wonderful and interesting questions thrown at you to answer.
We will also be asking you some other questions on the night about how we can improve Alfred’s Cruising as well as sharing our plans for the next 12 months, so come along for the opportunity for not only some good food and company but also the opportunity to win some prizes.
We will be handing out our next 12 months cruising calendar with an exciting new cruising format. It lists all cruises, safety, seminars and land events
This is your chance to ask any questions or make suggestions for future cruises or events.
The chef has put together a great selection of options for the night:-
Maple syrup and clove glazed leg ham w/ port wine & orange jus
Slow roasted free range turkey breast w/ macadamia & cranberry stuffing
Spice roasted salmon steak w/ chervil and lemon salsa
Pork, leek and bacon pie w/ butter puff pastry
Followed by a desert of Macadamia, lime & coconut steamed pudding with coconut mustard & macadamia ice cream.
