English Language Provision in the School and Adult Sectors
Dear members and colleagues,
ATESOL ACT invites you to a roundtable with some of our elected representatives, both ACT and federal, to discuss the provision of English language programs in both school and adult sectors. The Advocacy Working Party, led by Vice President Helen Moore, has been conscientiously working towards organising this opportunity.
This event will follow on from the professional learning event earlier in the week with Dr Polina Vinogradova, directly targeting how to develop a realistic plan for advocacy goals.
I strongly urge all current 2018 ATESOL ACT members to attend and support the association, as our collective presence will demonstrate our beliefs around the specific nature of English language teaching.
