Counties Manukau Health has been experiencing file storage issues which has affected Soprano Medical Documents. This is the system which is used to process transcribed documents such clinic letters. You may notice some documents arriving in your inbox which still show tracked changes. These will be corrected and the approved version will be re-sent to you. There is a backlog which needs to be processed manually. This task has been prioritised and will be completed as soon as possible.
