Anderson Family on Mission
Our support raising journey has begun! In July we were able to speak at Cowden Family Camp and Knox Knolls FM Church in Illinois. We were so thankful that we were given many opportunities to tell our personal story of our call into missions with many of you. If you would like to read more about our story or share our testimony, you can find that here. 

So what does Anderson Family on Mission look like right now? We are looking for more churches and individuals that want us to come and share our story. Want us to come and visit your church? Would you like to sit down over a cup of coffee and hear our hearts?

Anderson Girls Avenue

- Phoebe turned 7 on July 25
- Addie will be turning 12 on Aug.12
- Sophie and Ruby learned how to dive off the diving board this month and they are both thrilled! 

Ministry in Gyor

For the past 6 years, Gerry and Kathy McNamara have been showing the love of Christ to children in the Gyor children's home. The children range in age from 5 to 18. 60-70% of these kids are trafficked. Gerry and Kathy are working on prevention in hopes of making that statistic much less. 

Gerry tells of a time when there was a 15 year old girl who ran away from the children't home to live with her "boyfriend" and her family. One morning she overheard him and his parents discussing how to sell her. She ran 10 miles to the nearest train station, begging for help and eventually she was rescued and placed in a more secure children's home. This is just one story. 

Please pray for encouragement for Gerry and Kathy as they continue to minister weekly to these children. This will also be a part of our ministry when we move to Gyor and we are excited to partner with the McNamara's!

Praises and Prayers
  • Chadwick is working hard to finish his Masters of Divinity (MDiv) from Wesley Seminary in August, yay!
 
  • We are working on our home to get it ready to sell. Please be praying for a potential buyer and a place for us to rent once our home is sold.
 
  • Our homeschool year will begin in September, please pray for us as we start a new school year.
 
  • We are thankful for the opportunity we have had to meet with our conference missions liaison, Laura Sain. We are also thankful for being invited to speak at Knox Knolls and Cowden Camp over the past month.
