Happy Summer!!
I hope all of you are having a fun summer.
Mac and I went to Virginia to see our daughter and son-in-law for a couple of days. We did some shopping and we went to the movies (“Mama Mia!”). We then went onto North Carolina to see our son, daughter-in-law and five grandchildren. It was Preston’s 14th birthday, so we celebrated by going out to dinner and having an ice cream cake. Preston is now taller than my son! We went swimming every day in their salt water pool—the water was so nice and warm, it took away all my aches and pains— it was the pool of youth for me! We took Bella out for a special day, just for her—we went shopping for new clothes and ice cream of her choice. On another day, we went to visit friends of ours from the GIFTE Program (an organization that educates and supports Travel Agents).
This month I had six clients go on the Holland America Noordam cruise to Alaska. (Below- Notice the great picture they sent to me).
I still have some seats available for the VIP Luncheon Tour on the MSC Divina (Oct.25, 2018). $40.00 per person includes, tour of the ship, and a beautiful formal lunch, transportation to and from the pier in NYC. The last tour sold out and we had many requests for another tour from those that couldn’t go in March. If you’re interested in joining us on this tour, please call me as soon as possible (610-821-8829). Please take note of the information below for the MSC Divina- Western Mediterranean cruise, Oct. 19-26th, 2019 .
In four short months, we have our Annual Customer Appreciation bus trip to NYC, Dec. 8th to kick off the holiday season! We take J&J Limousine bus to Manhattan and to South Street Seaport, then have a nice dinner at Snuffy’s in Scotch Plains, NJ. I’ll be at Chico’s at the Lehigh Valley Mall, Saturday, Sept. 8th from 12-4pm, demonstrating how to pack for a trip, showing travel clothes and accessories, along with information on upcoming trips. What better way to have retail therapy!

Mac's Hot Safety Travel Tips
- Keep your cash separated with some spending money easily accessible, and the rest hidden, so that you're not showing off a big wad of cash every time you pay for something.
- Although it's tempting to have your smartphone out constantly to look up directions or take pictures, be mindful of your surroundings-- thieves love to grab cell phones from people using them on trains and then run off at the next stop.
