2018 Dementia Community of Practice Meetings

In conjunction with Karen Harrison Dening (Dementia UK) and Liz Bryan (St Christopher’s Hospice), we are delighted to tell you that progress is being made on the forthcoming Dementia Community of Practice ECHO.
We held our first ECHO awareness webinar on Wednesday, 4th July and now invite you to:
