Cognitive Coaching Foundation Seminar
Sessions run August 8, 2018 - February 7, 2019
More information contact norgon@charter.net

Research clearly indicates that it’s not evaluation that improves performance; it’s the conversations about evaluation. Cognitive Coaching is a powerful approach used by administrators to enhance those conversations. This coaching model focuses on thinking, the core of what actually impacts professional learning and growth. By using Cognitive Coaching along with evaluation, administrators support and enhance long-term sustainable growth for teachers, and ultimately for their students. The eight-day Cognitive Coaching Foundation Seminar will be offered during School Year 2018-19, in Plymouth, MN, beginning August 8, 2018, with the final session on February 7, 2019.
