This week's dishes: Garbanzo and Seaweed Soup, Hawaiian Salad, French Lentil Stew, Black Bean Tamale Pie, and Coconut Rice Pudding
Garbanzo and Seaweed Soup: Garbanzos, seaweed, onion, celery, mushrooms, sesame seeds, rice vinegar, and vegetable broth.
Hawaiian Salad: Green cabbage, jicama, grapefruit, mangoes, cilantro, macadamia nuts, ginger, apple juice, and sesame seeds.
French Lentil Stew: French green lentils, leeks, shallots, potatoes, mushrooms, onions, garlic, celery, carrots, and vegetable broth.
Black Bean Tamale Pie: Pie-Masa flour, vegetable broth, black beans, tahini, sunflower seeds, onions, carrots, celery, garlic, cilantro, green onions, lime, black pepper, epazote, and baking powder. Salsa: tomatoes, onions, cilantro, garlic, dried chilis, coriander, cumin, and vegetable broth.
Coconut Rice Pudding: Black forbidden rice, coconut milk, shredded coconut, apple juice, vanilla, and ginger.
