This summer has been a crazy-busy, awesome ride. We've been spending our time building partnerships and meditation events, but most importantly, we've loved hearing from you! When our community gives us feedback, we listen. This is what keeps us tinkering in the lab to make sure we're giving you the tools that help you level up.
For the last few months, we've received a lot of requests for a printed version of the Beginner's Guide to Meditation. Never ones to be basic, we thought we'd do you one better. We've added a weekly progress tracker, journal pages to record your experience, and a total of 14 new pages full of additional tips and insights to help you grow your meditation practice.

We've realized we cannot be everywhere at once. So, we wanted to get something into the hands of the fam that aren't able to make it to our meditation classes or those that just prefer to practice on their own. We're huge proponents of self-guided meditation, so this workbook was created with you in mind.
This is for all of us looking to create positive changes in our life, but may need a little guidance on how to get there. In the book, we made sure to include a customizable 6-week meditation plan, in addition to a newly designed layout and professionally published content to guide you through the steps.
