Quarterly Congregational Meeting: The Quarterly Congregational Meeting has been rescheduled for Tuesday, August 21, at 7:00pm.
Community Garden Volunteers are needed to tend to RECC's Community Garden plot. For more information, contact Dawn Kofstad, 218.242.1679.
RECC is Nut Free!: Due to the increasing number of folks with nut allergies, we're trying to be as "nut free" as we can be. We request that all food items brought into the church be nut free (this includes nut butters as well). Thank you!
Backpack Program: The Roseau Food Shelf is partnering with the Backpack Program to provide nutritious food to help needy children get through the summer months. Students can be pick up food at 2:30pm on Thursdays at the District Conference Room at the school. While food donations are certainly appreciated, monetary gifts are best as the Food Shelf is able to obtain special pricing unavailable to the public. Monetary donations may be sent to Roseau Area Food Shelf (c/o Mavis Walhberg, Treasurer, 309 7th Ave SE, Roseau, MN 56751).
Usher Sign-up: Please sign up for the Sundays you can serve - signup sheet is in the lobby. At least two ushers are needed each Sunday. Contact Gregg Iverson: gregiver@marvin.com or Glen Johnson: glenojohnson@gmail.com.
