Good Afternoon to You,

We're in the second half of the summer time, and the big summer holidays in Berlin end this week. But luckily the sun is still spoiling us with warm temperatures and many hours of daylight.

If you're already back from your summer break, we hope you are refreshed and looking forward to the upcoming months full of learning and growing. Besides our excellent trainings in innovation, software develoment, agile practices, requirements engineering and software testing, we have two conferences coming up in November: Agile Testing Days and Innovation Leadership Days. The Agile Testing Days are Europe's greatest agile testing festival taking place for the 10th time. And the Innovation Leaderships Days is a 2-day conference, where you explore state-of-the-art approaches to user-centric product and service design. We would be happy to meet you there!

As always, we want you to stay curious and bring you a portion of knowledge with our food for thoughts to brighten up your month. Enjoy reading!

Today: DevOps Team Topology
The primary goal of any DevOps effort within an organization is to improve value creation for the customer and the organization, not just to reduce costs, increase automation or control everything through configuration management.
