Attention Class of 2019!
Senior picture submission guidelines: the yearbook needs senior photos that follow certain size, orientation, pose and background rules. Please take a look at the form for the guidelines and take the sheet along to any senior photo shoot you attend. (The form is on the Forms & Docs page, under the Parents link.) The deadline for submitting senior photos each year is December 15.

Attendance reminder
If your Lakeside student will be absent from school, call the office and leave a message in the "attendance mailbox" (before 7:30 a.m.) or speak with Mrs. McKenna (after 7:30 a.m.).  Please note that assignments will be sent electronically.  Absent students are to email their teachers with assignment requests. If the parent wishes to be emailed, please specify an email address when you call.  Also, be sure to name a reliable student (i.e.: a sibling or a nearby Lakeside student) with whom hard copies may be sent if needed.

Daily announcements
Each morning the teens hear in-school announcements (most different than what you'll read here). LLHS makes these student-centric announcements available to parents as well, but this year we're utilizing the Powerschool system called Daily Bulletin. You can see these announcements after 9:30 AM any school day by clicking on the Daily Bulletin tab in PS. Did you know there's an app for that and more? Check out the Powerschool app on App Store or Google Play

 Twice is Nice Resale Store
Seasons keep rolling on, and while it seems just a short time since spring came around, August will bring the seasonal changeover at Twice is Nice Resale Store in Jefferson! Don’t miss great opportunities to shop, including the 50% all clothing sale from August 16-22, and then the biannual “Bag Sale” from August 23-25. Changeover occurs the evening of August 25 so that Monday, August 27 we have a brand new sales floor of fall and winter items for our shoppers. Changeover is a great night to meet and greet other volunteers. TiN provides tens of thousands of dollars in assistance that directly impacts your student here at LL. Think about it! Call 920-674-6868 to ask questions or let them know you can help.
