Summer lazy, hazy days are winding down!

Summer heat is continuing here in Georgian Bay as we wind up August! Activity in the real estate market has been hot this month for me, especially in the Blue Mountain area. Many Buyers looking to purchase before the snow flies!

There are some great events happening in the area over the next few weeks. See some of the activities listed further down in my Newsletter. From the Bay to the Bruce there is no shortage of great lifestyle activities, dining experiences, site seeing, and outings to come and enjoy.

The Real Estate story in our area for July continued in the same pattern as June. Slower than a year ago with inventory remaining low. August has seen a lot of activity in comparison to July throughout the region.
