Thunderstorms stopped in time for more than 40 West Enders to attend the National Night Out Potluck event at Monument Park. Village leaders are planning new upcoming meetings and events.
King Farm Village
Most of the members of the board of King Farm Neighbors Village have
participated in the volunteer training offered by Senior Connection.
The board is now focusing on fundraising and investigating the options
for insurance.
Pump House Village
The village is sponsoring Popsicle Day! Stop by the Pump House on Sunday, September 2 at 3:00 p.m. and cool off with your neighbors.
Twinbrook Village, Inc.
The Board of Directors are busy with filing paperwork to become an affiliate of Rockville Area Village Exchange. The village meets on the 2nd Sunday of each month at the Twinbrook Community Center annex.

Village leaders are encouraged to attend and learn about new and valuable resources and information.
Wednesday, September 12, 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Rockville Senior Center. Refreshments will be provided.

There are several options for village volunteer training. Senior Connections offers volunteer training and background checks for villagers.
