A little about Samantha . . .
My practice is rooted in Hatha Yoga as instructed by Swami Sivinanda.
Alongside having completed a comprehensive Hatha Yoga RYT 200 course in 2018,
I've been personally practicing for 14 years of which 3 under the guidance of my Guru,
Sigi Kolbe in Namibia.
I am back in Knysna and excited to share my experience!
My approach to Hatha is 'back to basics' focusing on the fundamental foundations to aid in,
mental and physical strength and agility.
Through consistent and dedicated practice, Hatha Yoga will tone the nervous system - a conductor of subtle powerful energies, making you a stronger conductor so you can move through life with grace and flexibility, channelling positivity into every facet of your existence.
