CNN’s Money Inc. Counts Pillar 136 Gin Among its Top 5 Favorite American Small-Batch Spirits
Pilllar 136 Gin comes in at #4 on a list published by CNN’s Money Inc. called “Our Favorite American Small-Batch Distilleries.” Writer Carri Wilbanks was smitten by the fact that we distill underground in a cave, noting that it creates a “super unique environment that yields high-quality flavors” where temperatures and conditions are in a constant state. She also loves Pillar 136’s flavor, which she describes as “juniper based with hints of lime, lemon, and orange as well as licorice, cassis and other herbs.”

The SD Big Boom Bourbon Mule
• 2 oz. S.D. Big Boom Bourbon
• 1½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
• 4 oz. Diet Ginger Beer
• Cucumber Water Ice Cubes
