Summer Shorts begins Aug. 13. Register now!

There’s still time to register for Summer Shorts. Join us Aug. 13-17 for a program featuring a variety of new sessions, panels and activities focused on driving student success. Interactive panel sessions include members of our current Faculty Fellows as well as instructors of Quality Matters-certified courses.

Faculty, staff and graduate teaching assistants may register for the regular conference sessions, and DELTA-Con is open to all higher ed professionals. Lunch will be provided to participants for all in-person sessions. You may register up until Aug. 13.

Seeking Faculty Interested in Lowering Textbook Prices

DELTA and Top Hat are offering financial and personnel support to faculty to participate in a pilot project to reduce textbook prices for students by using free or low-cost materials from the Top Hat Marketplace.

Selected faculty who adopt or create low- or no-cost textbooks will receive $2,000 - $2,500 and help from Top Hat instructional designers and, as necessary, DELTA staff.

Make Sure to Reserve Your WolfWare Space

To request a space, log in to WolfWare and select the "Future" tab. Then select the "Add Tools and Manage Your Course Settings" gear icon located to the right of the course. Once you have your WolfWare space, explore other enterprise-level instructional technologies available to you including WordPress, Moodle and Mediasite.

WolfWare Outreach has a lower hosting charge!
It is now only $7.93, down from $9.37, per student for on-campus internal customers. WolfWare Outreach offers NC State’s enterprise-level learning management system to develop online, non-credit, fee-based offerings.
