OPTIONS, A Program to Support Community Living

Sometimes we all need a little help. This is especially true as we age, when we live with disabilities, or both. The OPTIONS program can assist people with daily activities, giving a little bit of help with tasks that have become a struggle or impossible to accomplish.
 
Services may include personal care, light housekeeping, home delivered meals, and assistance with shopping. For someone no longer able to shower independently, weekly help with bathing may be life changing. To learn about OPTIONS, READ MORE >>

Estate Recovery 

If you have ever received any services or supports through TennCare Medicaid, you've probably heard whispered rumors about TennCare "stealing" your home when you die and been hesitant to accept help. Volunteer Driver Programs
 
Did you know that Tennessee has several volunteer driver programs to provide rides for seniors and people with disabilities? 

They are a little different in every county, but most programs have an annual membership fee and small ride fee. Rides are generally available to doctors’ appointments, grocery shopping, prescription pickup, social & recreational trips, and more. Below is a brief summary of each service: READ MORE >>
