Hello and I hope you're enjoying all this lovely sunshine, or finding a nice cool spot if it is a bit much for you! It is certainly wonderful to have so much daylight, something that helps many people feel brighter.

My interview about Reiki: I had a great time back in the spring being interviewed for a second time for the Reiki Rays International Online Reiki Summit. I am excited to now be able to share that interview with you. You can find the link on my blog page and listen to me talking about learning Reiki and why we sometimes trip up in our self-care practices. I hope you enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed being interviewed.

Summer break: I have decided to take some time off towards the end of the summer so get in touch soon if you would like a session in the next month. At the moment I still have some appointments available in both Shaftesbury and Salisbury but I am getting quite booked up. My last working day will be Wednesday 5th September and I am also now taking bookings in October. You can email me or give me a call/text on 07941031427.

At The Therapy Centre in Salisbury

I'm thrilled that my good friend and long term colleague, Peter Fricker, is able to offer some Reiki and Applied Energy Flow Healing sessions at my usual practice in Salisbury during my break. Peter is an experienced energy healer and we trained with the same teachers. Peter also offers uniquely relaxing energy-based Reflexology sessions if you'd like to try something different.

At The Old School House in Shaftesbury

I'm hoping to persuade my good friend Claudia Piechotzki to pay a visit during my break and hopefully offer some Reiki and Applied Energy Flow sessions at The Old School House. Claudia has a thriving practice in France and we have trained alongside one another for many years. You can book sessions with Claudia via me.
