Hello DSE Parents and Teachers, Grandparents and Community Members,
DSEPTA is making going back to school easier on you than ever before. We decided to provide several services to our community this Fall in order to streamline the process, from online school supply ordering to saving you from writing many checks and forms.
Take a moment to visit Dsepta.org tonight and purchase your tshirts, your PTA memberships (Grandparents, Dads, everyone is welcome!), your recorders (4th/5th graders only), WatchDOGS Tshirts, your Tiger Spirit items, and your student's birthday spot on the school marquee! You can take care of all of this in one easy checkout process at Dsepta.org.
Next, head over to our volunteer survey and let us know how you can help DSE this year. Are you a book fair person or do you teach outdoor classroom? Do you have a generous heart for staff appreciation? Do you like to put on movie nights, help with mileage team, or read with students once a week? How about math stars grading or newsletter and grant writing from home....the possibilities are broad and we include everyone. Please reach out to us, we love our volunteers!

Next Friday, meet us in the CLI for an "end-of-1st-week" celebration just after morning drop-off (Tears & Cheers!). You won't be able to walk your student all the way to class that day, but you can come hang out with your fellow parents for a doughnut and some tissues. Join Us!
Finally, our first General PTA Meeting is coming up on September 27th at 8am. Mark your calendars, there is much to discuss for the start of a great school year and we want your input and involvement. See you there!
