So far, I have been following Hubspot for about 4-5 years and often use their sites and reference materiel for a quick lesson. So they were due for some recognition and the ink used in this write up. I have never done any research on the company make-up, ownership or other things that can have a major impact on purchase decisions in software selection for your business, but am willing to bet they are well managed with a great eye on the future trends and expectations of the technology market needs for business endeavors & functions!

Automation: Doesn't Always Make it Right, initial versions can be terrible and the reason there are testing requirements

This month business lessons focus on the demand side of the economic equation and how to manage your customer base. Being a tourist town with so many visitors and opportunities to gain new customers, we often forget the real value is in those we already call clients or even friends, and we utilized a considerable amount of effort and resources to gain their business if the first place! As my grandmother used to say, a bird in the hand is far better than two in the bush.....

Most of us in the business world have a good idea of the rising trend of mobile systems involved in about every thing technology based these days. That little smart phone allows us to work on the road, while sitting at the ball game, or even when we shouldn't we can squeeze is just a few more customer calls or a review. Mobile is now on both sides of the fence in the advertising world, the technology people working on the systems from one side, and those recipients of the advertisements on the other. So we can all turn off the ads in the settings options, but then we still provide bread crumbs that any smart marketer can track and utilize to make the next set of enticements just that much more alluring and influential.

Todays business world is technology, getting automated with another layer of technology, often several layers when making these existing systems integrate with one another. Sounds complicated, like reading some technical manual on programming your new TV Remote (honey, where are the kids? I need help again). Except in this instance, once you gain a small understanding in builds quickly. So, for all those want-to-be Advertisers and Marketers, the new career is in learning Facebook & Google advertising systems, which account for 85%-90% of the online promotion business. I have been approached by 4-5 competitive companies wanting to start these technologies here at LOTO, and think I have my eye on one in particular, but thats another months topic. Enjoy the clip from Phil, learning to automate anything is always good for consistency, and the reduction of errors made by us fat-fingered humans, and can be extremely profitable when applied to repetitive tasks of high-volume levels (don't bother to automate something your business rarely does or has little significance!).
