Welcome to Your Movement Project!

I'm glad you're here. 

Weekly classes have begun. I offer outdoor training and studio classes. You'll learn and practice Restorative Exercise at either of these venues. Just choose your flavor.

If you're looking for an intensive introduction to Restorative Exercise, mark your calendar for my first focused workshop, Healthy, Happy Feet. Saturday, October 13, 11am-2pm.
 

Walk This Way 

Wednesdays at 8:00am
Sliding scale pricing $25 - first time free

Enjoy a 2-3 mile walk over a variety of terrain, with Restorative Exercise instruction along the way. This walk is suitable for anyone who can walk for an hour with ease. Interested in barefoot walking? Start with us. Details and directions when you register online.

Restorative Exercise Class

Thursdays, noon to 1:00pm
$15

Register online (for no-hassle pre-payment) or just drop-in to the beautiful studio at Center of Movement in Grass Valley. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move in all directions. This hour-long class offers instruction and practice of exercises and alignments to get you moving more and better.

Restorative Exercise for every body.

Your Movement Project is body positive. Come as you are, with your own movement goals. RE is not a fitness program, not a weight-loss plan. I teach movement and alignment that can restore your body to better function as you learn and practice.

Along the way, you'll find a community of people who want to move more and better. Just like you do.
